TOC has a team of friendly personnel to assist all international students with the following:

• Student Visa application and renewal.
• Airport Pick-Up (meet and greet).
• Accommodation arrangements.
• Campus Tour and Orientation.

We will also assist new students to familiarise themselves with the area around the college including assisting them with their initial shopping and personal arrangements such as:

• Grocery shopping (shampoo, towels, bed-sheets, pail, snacks, beverages, etc.).
• Money changer.
• Opening a Bank Account.
• Mobile Phone registration.
• Local traveling (bus, taxi, LRT trains, etc.)
